For Custom Wax Sealing Stamps
Artwork Requirements
Our standard stamp size is 25mm / .96inches in diameter, so be sure that your design meets the requirements below for legibility.
The BLACK areas of your image will be where you would get the ‘raised’ effect on your seals when stamped.
You can download our template file below for creating your design or logo.
Please stay within the red bleed line as shown on the template.
We also have three different stamp sizes you can choose from.
A proof of the stamp design would be sent to you for approval before we complete the customization process.
For text we would suggest using no less than 6pt in size. Please avoid using any fonts that are particularly light in weight to give a better result for quality engraving.
Cursive or script fonts need to be bold.
Sample fonts here that can be used for legibility:
San Serif Light
San Serif Bold
Script Bold
Your artwork should adhere to the following guidelines:

High resolution, vector-based graphics (ai or pdf at 300dpi)

PDF files must be sent editable (in layers)

Single color (Black), print-ready file

No drop shadows or gradients

Text should be no less than 6pt

Minimum stroke width of at least 0.5pt

Keep workable area to scale

A down payment of a minimum of 50% is required before the start of all customized orders.

The file must be in BLACK in either PDF or high resolution Jpeg format (300 dpi for the least). Be sure that your file isn't a png as this is not a required format for customization and we would not be able to use it.
Your PDF files must be in a layered format and ALL fonts outlined.
*Please note that the down payment required is non-refundable.
Payment can currently be made via online banking transfer. Contact us for banking details.
Don't have a design?
We have stamp designs available as templates for you to choose from.
Simply choose a design and we can modify the initials of your choice.
Need your design digitzed in the format requested?
We understand that not everyone has access to graphic software, so if your design does not meet the requirements below we can offer to digitize your design to vector artwork at a small fee. Depending on the complexity of your design, the fee for conversion can start from $100 to $250 up.

Once we digitize your design we would send you a copy of the digitized file for your future use.
Please do NOT send us to redraw any trademarks or logos that are protected by copyright unless with the proper authorization.
We will NOT redraw them.
